Mark is head of the Stewart family investment vehicle, Masthead Limited, an active corporate investor in New Zealand public and private equity markets and the major shareholder in Florenz. 

Mark has been a Director of several publicly-listed companies as well as Chairman of TAB NZ and the Antarctic Heritage Trust.  He has more than four decades of international commercial experience, primarily building successful export companies. 

Mark was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Commerce by his alma mater the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand, where he earned the degree of Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Business Administration.  He has served as Honorary Consul for Malaysia and received a PJN (Distinguished Order of Meritorious Service) honour from Malaysia bestowing him the title of Datuk, the equivalent of a knighthood from the Malaysian King, for outstanding service to the country. 

With a reputation in complex corporate and commercial deals, John advises clients on corporatisation and privatisation exercises, including M&A and initial public offerings (IPOs). At the legal forefront for developing the private equity investment industry in New Zealand, John acts for several domestic and offshore private equity investors.

John is consistently listed as a leading corporate & commercial and M&A lawyer by independent legal directories. He is ranked as an Expert Consultant by IFLR1000, a Senior Statesperson by Chambers Asia Pacific and is in in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific Hall of Fame. He is also recognised by Legal Media Group's Guide to the World's Leading Private Equity Lawyers and Guide to the World's Leading M&A Lawyers.

Mark has had extensive financial; commercial and governance experience having held senior executive roles with various New Zealand companies spanning both the private and public sectors. These Executive roles have included being Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer for NZX list company Comvita.

Mark brings a strong focus on strategy execution, profit optimisation, business development, and strategic acquisitions. Mark represents Florenz on the Board of investee companies, which includes being Chair of Harker Herbals. Mark holds a BCom, Postgraduate Diploma in Business and is a graduate of Stanford University’s business school program in leadership. He is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Tom is an accomplished food and beverage Executive with extensive experience scaling businesses and driving profitable growth across retail, foodservice, and digital channels in North America. He has a proven ability to deliver exceptional results in both large enterprise organizations such as Nestle and high-growth companies in dynamic market environments.

Tom brings deep industry expertise in omnichannel strategy development, operational optimization, and strategic partnership formation. He has a track record of leading high-performing teams and complex distributor networks to capture emerging market opportunities and accelerate revenue growth. He combines strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver sustainable growth. He is based in Los Angeles and holds dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of Southern California.

Charlotte has spent over a decade developing, launching, and growing premium health, wellness, and performance nutrition products across global markets. With a science background and early career in regulatory affairs, she brings a rare ability to take a product from concept through to market, translating complex science into stories that resonate with consumers, inspire sales teams, and build brand trust.

Before her appointment as CMO, Charlotte served as Vice President of Growth at Florenz, driving international market expansion with distributors and institutional performance channels and played a key role in the U.S. launches of Harker Herbals and 2before Performance Nutrition. Prior to Florenz, she spent seven years at Comvita in product, marketing and international market roles spanning nine markets, including a secondment to Hong Kong supporting Northeast Asia. A New Zealander now based in Colorado, Charlotte brings a truly global perspective to her role.

With 15+ years of experience across biotechnology and food manufacturing, Parminder is a specialist in leading teams through rigorous regulatory landscapes. Parminder specialises in Quality, Food Safety and Operations Management and holds tertiary qualifications in Science and Laboratory Technology, as well as a Diploma in First Line Business Management. Armed with a science and business background, she bridges the gap between technical and commercial strategy. Her expertise lies in balancing the "commercial heartbeat" of a business with the non-negotiable standards of product safety and quality.

Parminder excels at translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable team goals. By focusing on the why behind every process, she fosters a culture of continuous improvement that maintains regulatory compliance, reduces waste, gains efficiencies, and ensures quality remains the primary pillar of organisational success.

Parminder has previously held management roles with Nestle, Synlait Milk, Tegel Foods and Thermofisher Scientific.
